Terms, Conditions, and Agreements

Any item ordered must have a paid non-refundable deposit of HALF the amount of purchase before any “creating” takes place.  The rest of the amount due will be made upon completion of product and either made before shipment, or paid in cash upon delivery (which ever applies.) There are no refunds or exchanges. The buyer also understands that these items are hand made to order so no two items will be identical. The prices listed are stated as a starting price; therefore the cost per item may vary depending on the needs and wants the buyer may have. There is a 1-2 week “creating” period so please allow time for item to be made PLUS shipping time. If there is a need for a “rushed item”, additional charges will apply.

 

When a purchase is made the buyer will received a contract that must be returned within a 24 hour period with a signature stating they understand the terms listed. Also, buyer will receive an invoice for a deposit that also must be made within a 24 hour period before the “creating” can begin. After that, a second invoice will be sent for the remaining amount that will be due before item is shipped. If there are any changes the buyer may have to an item made, the buyer must notify Candie Rose Couture within 48 hours of the “creating” time.

 

At any time Candie Rose COuture reserves the right to price changes due to material, labor, and time expenses.
